My bachelorette party

I've been very busy lately with all kind of arrangements for the wedding. (I can't believe I'm getting married tomorrow!)
On Friday, I had a bachelorette party (as I learned from reignessance, it is also called (in England) a "hen night", get it? all the girls are like hen... I think it's hilarious).
Anyway, it was lovely. I had such a great time.

Sounds like a great evening! The idea of bringing objects connected to some stories/events from the past is a very good one - I don't expect to be invited to a bachelorette party (think you can call it a bridal shower too...) anytime soon, but if I do, I'll remember to suggest the idea.

Have a wonderful day tomorrow and don't get stressed about anything - everything will work out fine. :)

You're right!
I think that Bridal shower is the American way to: Hen night :)
But I like the sound of Bachelorette...

I'm really glad everything worked out and that you enjoyed the evening. :)
I must say, though, that I truly believe it was thanks to everyone involved [and the good gods ;)], as like Lilacs knows, it was way beyond my control.
For me, btw, the best part was to see you *so* happy and glowy,
surrounded by your friends and your lovely sisters, who, I thought,
went our of their ways to make you happy - which was great to see. :)

Hope to see some more of that glow, ;)

The wedding was great, and we are now in our honeymoon.... I had some hectic two weeks before the wedding, so I did not post anything on LJ, but I'll try to find time to write about it....
