I WAS APPROVED FOR A MORTGAGE TODAY!

I can't believe this is happening.
After talking to a lender and getting him the proper background information.. He approved me!

I'm still looking for the right condo, but there are so many great deals on the market, I'm sure it will only be a matter of time.

Well, I was approved. Travis would move in with me.
But I figure, why not make the investment?
