Ohhh, you have captured the feeling of a first kiss with someone new perfectly. I love the detail of "soft-pretzel salt meet(ing) cigarette smoke and sweat," and the line, "This is water quencing fire burning earth blocking wind" is genius. Thank you for sharing! You've reminded me that poetry can be found anywhere, if we take a moment to reflect, and to be open to the words within.
