Jagged - Queen of the Damned Music Video

Jan 07, 2007 02:27

I made a new Queen of the Damned music video called "Jagged." It is a dark exploration of Lestat's vampiric nature and his seductive charms. The music is by Gary Numan from his Jagged album (very dark and atmospheric - highly recommend it).

You know I loves your videos like whoah, right? :) a bit jealous actually ^^;;

As I'm want to do, I randomly check a few DVD Review sites when I feel bored. One such is DVD Verdict, which provides thoughtful and wonderfully wordy reviews. Just recently they reviewed SotL: Collector's Edition in quite a cute fashion (Hannibal and Clarice watching dvds together. Aww).

I squeed quietly when I saw the review for Forever Knight: Season 3 available, despite having watched so little episodes. They mention you all-too-briefly, in one of the final paragraphs:

Like the previous sets, this one has average audio visual quality that betrays the show's low budget. Though uninspiring, it is at least understandable. Less understandable is the dearth of extras. The three music videos that form the entirety of the extras are actually quite good, with polished effects and nice montages of clips from the show. The music videos give me a taste of what the previous seasons might have been like. But given that this is the final season of a recent show ( ... )

Hey you! Thanks for the heads up! I haven't seen that review (wow, they were harsh lol... but at least they enjoyed my videos ;)). I found a few other ones that I posted on my site here:

I'm currently working on a new Bale video called Crazier. It's going to be an exploration of his psychologically disturbed characters (Harsh Times, Machinist, Prestige, Equilibrium, Batman, American Psycho). It's nearly complete and I am just waiting to get Harsh Times on dvd before I finish it. :)

As to external harddrives, I got a nice one recently by Western Digital called "My Book." It's very slim and compact and has about 600 GB. Good for backups or storage.

-hugs- Hey you... back! :) I didn't read the review entirely, just skimmed for you. -lol- I'm such a fangirl.

Ooh, yes, I remember reading about that one, and I think you told me 'bout it a while ago. I know nothing about Harsh Times, but the rest sounds like a superb lineup. I look forward to seeing it (as always).

600gb... (o_o) ...whoah. I'm lucky if I'll be able to afford a 60gb one.

Oh, got two songs for ya. Both by Suzanne Vega.

http://www.sendspace.com/file/pkzlhj - "Blood Makes Noise". Very rockish-techno; reminds me of Collide. Vamp vid, perhaps?

http://www.sendspace.com/file/h0wla3 - "Caramel". For this one, I keep think of "The Prestige" (big surprise there, eh?). This one's very soft, melodic; something one might hear in a smoke-filled jazz bar or something.

If nothin' else, enjoy the songs ^.^

Hey :)

Thanks for the music! I recognized Caramel - it's been in a lot of romance movies. ;) Lovely tracks. I will certainly save them and keep them in mind.

Are you going to see Hannibal Rising? It doesn't look very appealing to me. Of course, no Anthony Hopkins puts a huge damper on it right there... Seems pointless and takes away a lot of Hannibal's mystery. The book is probably interesting though.
