My name is Blair Waldorf, and I'm writing on behave of my delusional, and frankly temporarily insane...friend, Chuck Bass. It's been brought to my attention that he's been behaving ridiculously rashly and not thinking through any of his decisions lately, and someone needs to step up and look after his interests and person. This deplorable position falls to me, the...well, frankly only person that does have much of a vested interest (purely out of...love friendship of course) in his safety and welfare at any given time.
It has probably been brought to your attention (we've been featured in various news sources together) that we have a long history together, and I know Chuck better than anyone, and I can tell you this now.
