Well, it was a rather uneventful birthday. I came home at near-midnight Wednesday night from work to find my present from Shawn on the table, and I can honestly say that it's the most... uncommon birthday gift I've ever had

Belated happy berfday :) If you stalk Newegg you'll often find really good mp3 player deals. They had one on there a few weeks ago that was only five usd after rebate.

Ended up grabbing a Creative Zen from work, since I didn't wanna order online and risk not having it a week later for my trip back home. (12 hours on two buses without one would have been hell.) Thanks for the tip though! I had forgotten Newegg existed...

(Getting stuff from the US can take weeks sometimes, and there's a pesky customs fee...)
