Just found this lens buried under a pile of broken camera accessories. Bought it at less than $10USD. I realised it was an enlarger lens and went to find out about it online. I just got this flash from the old camera shop. I got it cheaply , so it well be just another display thing in my shelf. But no ! I am a person who will want to make things work for this modern era and my 4/3 system. I got no flash bulb, even I have , will not make any difference, therefore the only useable part will be the reflector.  :lol:

Just got this cute little old Tammy 135mm. It looks like it had an old Tamron Adaptall mount because the newer Adaptall adaptor won't work. I got this lens in Minolta SRT mount. It has a nice bluish coating. According to my thread reply over at

The inital setup was using 2 tele-convertors , M42 screw extension tubes and the lens itself. The final combination for the macro lens setup is 2x TC - extension tubes - lower part of lens - extension tubes - front part of the lens , as shown below.

This Summarit is the 5cm f1.5 Summarit lens mention in the journal below this. After it had sat in my dry cabinet for some times and got no sale here, I decided to make it work. Just got this lens from another camera shop that going to close down. I found it on one of the Leica shelf. I am both surprise and tempted by the low price and decided to get it. The lens got messed up aperture blades and rather worn front glass element and scratched rear element. The lens also had the focusing helicoid and mount missing. I still ( Read more... )

Got this lens from a barter trade. The lens in front and back is dusty and some dirty. After a bit of cleaning up, it looks good as new except that the rear glass got a scratch. I just received the Pentacon 6 to 4/3 adaptor vut the lens will not fit, too big. After much research online, I realised that Volna-3 and Volna-3V is different ! Volna-3 is ( Read more... )
