I know where I get a lot of my inspiration for Inu fics from...but you know that. I use music to keep me at the keyboard once I get the original image of a story going. It's a mood thing, more than a direct inspiration. I'm kinda visual oriented.

Ha! I remember that story of the flying ring, and the finalized version of the story that evolved out of it, which I still reread from time to time...

Gosh I so agree about the way that fandom treats rape. It's really, really disgusting how trivial some of them behave as if it is. No, it's really not okay to joke about it or make demotivational posters or talk about 'rapefaces.'
