Love quinoa. I discovered it about five years ago, and I've been using it happily ever since. Such a wonderful grain. High protein, no gluten, tasty in so many dishes. Have fun discovering the wonderful uses! And then invite me over for more!

I've been using it for about a year now and haven't gotten tired of it yet! We'll have to plan a quinoa-themed dinner while you're here visiting for Arisia :)

Quinoa can taste so different depending on how you cook it/what you cook it with. I hope you find some recipes that are to your liking! ♥

Thanks for posting this! I've been meaning to start using quinoa, so this was appreciated. I'll definitely be picking up some next time I'm grocery shopping

It's fun to play with! And it's easy to incorporate into dishes you already know, too - pretty much anything that calls for a grain as a base or filler is easily substituted. One of the many reasons I've had fun playing with so many of them!

Oh, I love quinoa! I've been having it for breakfast (1/2 quinoa and 1/2 steel cut oats) with milk and almonds and raisins. mmmm.....

I haven't been having the grains for breakfast very much (outside of steel cut oats, that is) - that shall be my next adventure! :D

*hugs*

Also, are you gonna be around Halloween weekend? I'm 90% sure we'll be heading down for the rally - would LOVE to see you!

I am hoping to go, actually!! It's not 100% sure that I'm going, but I really would like to.

If you guys need a place to stay, you are welcome to crash here. We're a bit out of the way, but I can give you more info via email, too.
