I remember bullet belts. Didn't you used to get them from HM gear, along with LRP shirts, tie-dyed stuff, cheap leather trousers and too much lycra?

RIP HM Gear, where you too could look like all of Motley Crue for around £200.

We didn't have HM Gear in Dublin (at least, not that I remember anyway). We had a little shop in the centre of town, essentially a basement, where all the metal gear could be bought. It's closed now, more's the pity.

HM Gear was a mail order catalogue (well, an 8-page A4 leaflet/brochure).

It can only be described as a product of it's time!
