Eurovision!
I don't want to jinx it, but I would guess that this OCD episode is ending. I've had a lot less obsessive thoughts and compulsions for the last five days and I have a lot less anxiety.
Just in time for Eurovision. :-)

Update on my health
I'm feeling down and am in the throes of an OCD episode (not a bad one) - and I thought I'd write here.
I work 9 to 14 every day now and that works out well, so far. I have been to the office twice and I didn't get any symptoms.
I quit taking the sedatives three weeks ago, and I drink (almost) the normal amount of coffee per day. Twice I've also ( Read more... ) -
How time flies
Tomorrow, my 100% sick leave ends. These last eight weeks have gone by quickly, and a lot (and very little) has happened in that time!
While I'm still not recovered, I feel a thousand times better than eight weeks ago when I had constant anxiety and felt like I was five minutes away from having a heart attack at any given time. (Plus, I had my ( Read more... ) -
Major updates

Malin had a hysterectomy on Monday. I don't think I've mentioned it before, but she's been quite sick for a long time now with excessive bleeding and fatigue. When she finally was examined, she was told she had "pre-cancer" and needed surgery within six weeks.

Burn-out phase two
So, this week has been much better than the last, and a thousand times better than the week before that. I haven't really had that much anxiety (the meds must be working) but I'm tired and suffering from nicotine and caffeine withdrawal a bit.
I've been doing some chores, going to the library, taking short walks.
