If they realize you don't have access to a vehicle, they'd probably figure something out. You just need to tell them.

I'm worried I'll have to take the train to Voss and a taxi from the train station to the hospital. I might get my travel expenses refunded, if this is something deemed "necessary".. I'm not sure. If I know I can get it refunded, I'll just take the more convenient and expensive train.
