Haven't had any all-night gaming binges, but every now and then I'll sit down and roll a few katamari, or play some other game. Hate to say it, but looking for a house to buy yields similar stress. I mean, hell, I cant even AFFORD anything in this area. We are gonna have to move out of state!

Good luck with it. Cause from what youve said about youre current place, I can see why you wish to move.

It's a good idea to take your time when you're looking for a new flat, but be ready to hit the moment the flat you're looking for is available.
Twice the time gives you twice as many options to choose from, and by taking your time you will learn enough about the market to spot the rip-offs.
