10 digit would be North America's full phone number not including country code.

Also, have you ever seen anything truly nifty off of that that I can use? I've gone through the first 50 or so entries and haven't found anything nifty yet.

If you want to update your LiveJournal blog from your phone, the cheapest, easiest, and most flexible way is to use the handy, built-in email client on your phone, over GPRS.
