So long hundreds of Channels

Welp, we got rid of Dish. So it 'll just be basic channels for us. We felt we were paying too much for something we pretty much weren't using. Most of the shows my mom watches are on basic channels such as Fox, CBS and so on, while the only thing I watch is either Netflix or stuff on Youtube. We gave up on satellite a few years ago, too. There are several cool channels on broadcast TV now--AntennaTV, GetTV, and H&I (Heroes & Icons). I'm not sure if they're in all areas, but they have older shows and movies. H&I shows every Star Trek show, including the animated one.

"Share" probably isn't the right word? Or maybe it is, I don't know. We use his user name and password to get on. He actually wanted us to use it to make the cost more worthwhile.

I find the Amazon fire stick to be an acceptable lineup. There is the annual Prime membership fee - I think it is still $89, I have it on auto renew - but I use Amazon for so many transactions that I would have it regardless of fire stick access.
