Unfortunately, I was bullied a lot when I was a child. I've also been cyber-bullied, and recently I was a victim of cyber-bullying again. It's described in my latest entries.
Hello, dear :) I went to your LJ and read your latest posts. Suffice to say, something pretty nasty had been happening to you these past couple of days. I *am* concerned about your health, dear, and I understand that something that bad can really leave a mark on us and have really bad effects on us physically. I hope and pray that by this time that you have thought about what your LJ friends here have told you: please try your best not to get affected by such harsh words. I'm reminded of what one of our pastors said that has got to do with my situation and yours, too: If it (what they say) is true, it is a lesson to be learned. If what they say is not true, it is a warning

Good thing this has come into everyone's attention especially some cases where a few of these victims end up committing suicide, which is alarming.
Bullying is a cycle, just like abuse. It's up to us on how to cope and deal with this. I've been bullied once and even as a child I was bullied in school then also as a teenager. Sure it was traumatizing but at the same time it is a lesson that not all people are that good or nice.
