Something occurred to me while looking at the list. I feel that that the confused one belongs to Kintarou, so that may mean the technologically illiterate would either be replaced with another character or replace the category altogether.
Honestly, you'll be surprised who the PoT character that came in mind first when we're talking about illiteracy for technology.

I don't know why, actually. LOL! I guess I have the unconscious deduction that PoT was actually staged 10-15 years back in time. I mean, look at Inui's computer. And the software he uses for his data tennis? Dude, that looked like Cobol! O_O If we assume that the time deduction is true, then for me it is possible that not every student in Japan has a computer yet.

I think I'll keep the title of whip wielder to Tezuka and award the title of "technologically illiterate" to Nanjirou instead. Hehehe :P
