In case any of you don't know, there is a massive UN conference in the MCEC up to, and including, that Wed. The Con has been assured that silly levels of security will be in force over there until however late they feel like. Therefore, any Worldcon activity (apart from those few getting in to deliver and/or set up) will be at the Crowne Plaza,

Oh pooh. There's another UN conference happening in Perth next year that I'm planning on avoiding. Looks like I'll need to do the same with this one too ;)

We were planning on shopping that day, so we should be fine.

One week from right about now in fact the dealers room will be opening. Let's see if we have the crazy spending sprees that made A2 so memorable. :)
