I love my mother. She bought a plate stand today so I can finally display my autographed Giles plate (that I bought last year). And she told me she bought a second, just in case I manage to get the Spike plate... When we booked for the Jewel Staite con, she immediately said that maybe I could get the Spike plate there. She didn't bat an eyelid

She watches most of the shows with us :) And she loves Spike too.

Not holding out much hope for the Spike plate (especially the autographed one).
