Dude I think I just hurt my back...again... well it cracked in a million places anyway. So I'm watching some dance videos online [choreographed by celestina something or other.... she's so good!] and she teaches you this move called "the matrix move" where you bend backward like you're about to do a bridge or a back handspring or something to that

I could only imagine the noises your back made. The matrix is crazy hard, I fell on my head trying to do it once, if you manage it you will be way awesome.
