Ok. So... I've been physically shaking and feeling like I want to throw up all day long today. 
I got a little overwhelmed, a little stressed at work today... But that's not it. 
Drank a 12 oz. cup of Hazelnut coffee this morning first thing that couldn't have helped...
But It's still something else.
