My replacement cell phone arrived while I was in Boston. Today I activated it. Then I tried making a couple calls. Half went through, half had the same connection issue as before. I then asked my parents to call me. They tried both their cell and their home phone, twice on each. Only one call got through

I think part of the issue is them assigning our phone numbers to have a NJ area code rather than a CT area code, so we're always in "digital roaming" (which we get covered for free). They decided to assign it based on billing address (which had been my parents' house in the interim of our summer moving) rather than shipping address. However, the weird thing is that Christian hasn't been having any of these issues, even if we're standing in the same room.
