Also, for you Bay Area folk, did you know El Cerrito used to be called Rust?

And while we're at it, Moscow, Idaho, where I spent two months one summer in college, used to be named Hog Heaven.

Ha! The mountains south of Tucson are full of little ghost towns like that. Unfortunately I never really explored them.
