Did I quote the wrong theorem? Isn't that the one you prove by dividing the space into smaller and smaller pieces and concluding that the intersection of all of it is nonempty? I remember other math jokes going along those lines.

I think the main thing he has going against him in terms of looks is the very large eyes. If they were recessed a bit more, he'd look much better and other factors, such as his bushy eyebrows or large nostrils, would not be as noticeable. That said, I've seen many worse mathematicians in my day.
