On my way home today, I spotted a guy on the metro wearing a "Cal Mathematics" T-shirt. I wanted to say something to him, but he was too far away and the train was crowded. He was reading a French newspaper, so I wondered if he was/had been a math student or someone had given him it, or what. Small world!

Dude, this freaky French guy on the metro today kept calling himself "Uncle Mathematician" and tugging at my shirt. I had to pepper spray the dude before I could get away.
