The flame throwers are easy. Just go to the Mustang Shooting Range when they have the flame thrower range open. I haven't checked in a while though. Last time I went it was closed because of the, um, fire hazard.
As for the Zeppelin, I had the great opportunity to do some work for the company. I did a lot of web production and graphic design, but I am also the voice on their telephone systems:
