Prompt: Something Decided
Community: your_scribbles
Title: Birth by confusion.
Warnings: Character death, implied homosexual relations, jealousy
Rating: R
Author's Note: I'm saying R just to be safe. And I don't believe in PG-17 because I think its silly. Over-rating is sometimes safer. Anyways, again with the dark stuff but I don't think it's as dark as my last couple of post have been. So, yeah, if any of the warnings are a trigger don't read. Again, I eat flames for breakfast. Oh, the characters are nameless and are not described for the simple reason that this could happen to anyone and therefore doesn't need those things. Anywho, enjoy.

It was hard for her to decide. It was hard for her to breath and yet, if she didn't keep running -keep looking- she would never find it and in the end it would all be fore knot. If only the stupid object was easy to find, then she wouldn't have a problem and he could be safe.

She tripped and land on her face, she breathing raggedly and yet she pushes herself up and continues the chase. He'll be safe, they could finally be together and escape the beady eyes of the gods they have swore to protect. If only she knew what it was! Her running slowed and she paused at a tree. HE would have known where it was, HE would have found it by now, and He would have saved him... And they would have left together.

She sakes her head and continues forward. HE is gone. HE is not going to come back and take him away like HE was going too. HE is dead and buried somewhere under some hill in the desert; the tree's split and angle themselves into two paths. One leads to the desert where HE is and the other, hopefully to the temple where it was. Her heart told her to go the temple, it was safe there and he would be waiting for her return. He mind told her to go to the desert for even though HE was there, HE would help her.

After all HE was-

"SHUT-UP!" Silence consumes the forest and she ducks towards the temple; she cannot and will not let her mind crumble in such a manner. She will not let that bastard win.

[even if she kind of sort of wants him too]

When the temple is finally reached it is covered in dark shadows and vines. Each more over grown then the last and each more poisonous then the first but she cuts through them. It doe snot matter if she is hit for, all of this is for him and he is worth everything. Finally she hits the center of the temple. In it is two people.

These two people are embracing. One looks like him and the other...

"NO!" But her voice isn't heard, the poison is finally taking affect

"why... why are you leaving me...again...why...?" The two figures take noticed and run to her, both calling her name, neither wanting her to die and instead she lets go because she knows, that it is all fake. For they both truly love each other and only pretend to love her.

"...brother.." And at the end of her journey and the end of her life all she sees is the two figure embracing in a loving pose.

Never to know that they loved her more then life.

Jealous is a biting disease.
