getting ready to load up for BarBot 2013

I've taken the day off so I can load ThinBot into the car and head north to set up for BarBot 2013.75, a special event tonight and Saturday that is one of the official kickoff events for this year's Bay Area Sciencefest.

Cool. So, was it another competition or just a get together? And how'd Thinbot perform with his new improved nozzles?

This was just a show. They're going to try and do BarBot twice a year now.

And the new nozzles worked GREAT, as did the 20% water dilution. The drinks mixed in the glass really nicely, and the tips eliminated even the little bit of dripping we used to see. We had possibly the cleanest table at the event.
