Team Formation/Promotion Post

A post to promote teams, recruit members or to announce you have no team and wait for a team to adopt you XD

Team?

A team is where a group of players supporting the same idol band together and strategically decide who to vote off each round so that their idol wins.

There are three types of teams:

1) Teams supporting one idol eg. Team Minho. This team would vote off anyone that threatened Minho's survival in the game.

2) Teams supporting entire groups eg. Team SNSD. This team would vote for idols that threatened any member of SNSD's survival in the game.

3) Teams supporting random groupings eg. Team SM (Snarky Maknaes). This team would eliminate idols that threatened any of the idols that fit into their focus (which in this case might be Changmin, Kyuhyun, Taemin, Krystal etc)

To form a team using this post comment with your team name and who your focus is. When forming a team it's best to use a unique, eye-catching and possibly funny name. For example, Team Minho could become Team ~Flaming Charisma~ or Team Hyungwhore XD

Alliances

An alliance is where two or more teams work together and collectively decide who to eliminate that would benefit all teams involved. Whilst most big teams would probably be fine without an alliance, they are effective for small teams that wouldn't be powerful enough otherwise. Alliances can be for one round or for the entire game, it all depends on the teams involved.

Team Leader

The team leader is usually the first person to propose forming a team. It is up to them to decide who to eliminate each round for the best interests of the team, to organise a form of contact between members of a team and to approach other team leaders concerning alliances. Alternatively if you would like to form a team but would not like the responsibility of being team leader then just mention so in your comment and someone may offer to take over.

Tactics

Whilst there is nothing stopping you from discussing tactics in this post it isn't recommended. The teams with the more secretive, unknown tactics tend to fare better, with private messaging and secret communities being the most successful ways of discussing tactics. On that note you may decide to not even announce your team here but recruit members secretly, which is also perfectly acceptable, however be aware that this may result in duplicate teams.
