That's Eli from U-Kiss. He's one of their rappers and is Korean-American (so his English is amazing). He co-hosts a show every Friday with 2 other U-Kiss members called "Pops in Seoul" and the episodes are on YT; look for Rocketboxx's channel.

Not a problem; I was managing to have a lucid moment right then. I'm surprised I was coherent given the fact my husband just decided that the middle name for our new baby (due in a few weeks) will be Eli (I was shooting for Elijah). We already agreed on Xander as the first name a few weeks ago. Seriously didn't plan it that way, it just happened. The ironic thing is that neither guy is my U-Kiss bias; Soohyun is. :-P
