Governor Jindal has officially declared that the Morganza Spillway will be opened sometime tomorrow. The Morganza Spillway has not been opened since 1973. While it will save Baton Rouge and New Orleans by relieving the pressure on the levees, it will dump 2,000 gallons/sec into farms, homes, and towns that live in the Atchafalaya Basin. Families
