Apparently, I didn't pay my Mastercard bill this month. I have been waiting for it to come in the mail, but in actuality, it had already arrived and had gotten hidden on my shelf and I didn't realize. I had already deducted the money from my check registry, but hadn't yet written the check because I was waiting for the bill to come. Oops.
