Been a busy couple of times for cooking; last weekend was all about making apricot jam, while this weekend was making strawberry jam and plank-cooking some rainbow trout.
Oh yum! The fish look a bit creepy laid out (there's something about their eyes that get to me) but it sounds like you got them real flavourful and delicious!
