(Embrace your kitchen geekiness! I got into canning last summer, pickling in particular, and had a grand old time. I can't wait to start this year, especially now that I'm growing my own pickling cukes.)

It's a dwarf Valencia orange, not supposed to get taller than 12-feet but appears stuck at the 6-foot mark, which is fine for me. Makes it much easier to pick the fruit. The blossoms are smelling divine at the moment.
