N Harmonia
An interesting young man, particularly for his ability to speak with pokemon. She's very interested in studying that ability, and admittedly is a little envious of it. But those thoughts and feelings don't impede on her opinion of him as a person! She's always pleased to talk to young trainers.
Silver
She hasn't seen a child quite so cruel as Silver. But, as she learns more about why he thinks the way he thinks, she's intent on changing that, acting as the better role model for him. Being the significantly stronger trainer, and one who holds a highly esteemed title, she knows he will do just about anything to attain her achievements. ♬ Vatheon Relationships ♬
The Dolorosa
Oh, madam. Aside from the trolls being absolutely fascinating to study, and the Dolorosa herself being a rather large icon for the species' culture, she's slowly befriending her. When the Dolorosa encountered Cynthia at a much younger age, it made Cynthia's relationship with the adult troll a bit more sentimental.
The Medic
Though Cynthia is familiar with foreigners (as that's a part of her job), she doesn't regularly get to speak with them. He seemed a little less enthused by her inquisitive and giddy nature.
