That's the one thing I love about pen and paper RPing, that you can drastically change the world, by doing it however you want. I hope the 4th edition game that I start DMing tomorrow (hopefully) ends up with interesting stuff happening.

Encourage your players to do anything! Push the limits of the world! Try lots of things! Kill them mercilessly when they stray too far!
