I can't say anything about Cher and Elton John (as many crude jokes as I have swimming around in my head) butI gotta say, The Stones are way too overrated, the only song of theirs I can stand is "Paint It Black". I'm not saying they aren't talented, but just overrated. Too much 93.3 WMMR will do that to you though...Pierre has a love affair with them and another totally overrated band...cringes...Bon Jovi, whom I also loath.

i heard somewhere that the stones are the rich mans beatles. every once in awhile i put a song of theirs on a place list- but when that song is 'wild horses' and i'm being moody anyway it pretty much spells disaster. now i'm at work listening to celtic music, another one of your favorite genres i'm sure. i think jesse stole jesus christ vampire hunter and doesnt think that i know. ha, victory shall yet be mine. and then she'll be sorry.
I have no opinion of Celtic music, as I don't usually talk or have opinions about things I don't have a clue about, Can't imagine it would be my "cup of tea" as it were, I'm not one for folk-y/religion-y/ethnic-y or otherwise non-rock related music anyway unless it is classical, but to each his or her own.
