Before I say anything else: WHAT THE FUCK ARTHUR, YOU FUCKING PRICK---WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO BE SUCH A LOYAL DICK AFTER ALL DOM HAS GONE THROUGH. WHO THE HELL DIED AND MADE YOU THE MORALITY POLICE, YOU MISERABLE LITTLE SHIT?!

[/rant]

I was worried that there would be no happy ending, but there is and I'm very glad to see it. It thrills me to see that Dom has finally taken a the first steps to changing and learning from his mistakes. Atoning for them, as well, with regards to Nash.

If only Arthur could be less of a dickhead about the whole thing, I'd be pleased as punch.

Okay, so I am anyway, BUT REALLY ARTHUR, YOU PETTY BASTARD. *huffs*

This was action-packed and a really interesting exploration of everyone's character. Nothing to do with you personally, but damn I am amazed that this is so coherent through all 50,000 words. Because just me myself, I could never do it. I prefer to write one-shots, or I get so rambly I forget all about what I was supposed to be writing in the first place. I'm working on an Eames/Yusuf fic ( ... )

First I want to say thank you for all your wonderful comments! I certainly do not mind the "spam" and love the feeling of lots of unread comments sitting in my inbox. :P

To respond to your earlier comment about Cobb changing too fast, I totally agree. I tried to make it seem like he really had always harbored those feelings, and that was the explosive way that it came out, but at that point, it seemed really out of character for him to take such a dramatic shift. I hope that some of the later wavering back and forth helps to mitigate the sudden transformation and show how reconciling the present with the past fucks with Cobb's head. XD

You can tell I love Yusuf, Eames, and Saito, huh? XD I think they are the biggest BAMFs in the whole movie and really deserve their time in the spotlight versus the amount of text dedicated to Arthur out there. (I didn't try to make him a dick per se, but this is what happened when I focused all of my love on more deserving characters ( ... )

They seriously are BAMFs. I know man, I know. Some days, I am so tired of Arthur, as much as I love him. He's one of the most written about characters in fandom and yet, I can't think of any character more frequently butchered. I guess every fandom needs its whipping boy, but seriously. A LITTLE OVER THE TOP, THERE.

I think Arthur is kind of a dick, personally, so it's not that I really minded. I just hated him for not being supportive, lol. I guess I get where he's coming from, though, since Dom hasn't exactly been the BEST FRIEND EVER all these years. I don't know. Maybe I'd be testy, too, in Arthur's position. *shrug*

Ahahaha, I know just what you mean. My Eames is such a reflection of me it's totally not even funny anymore. I am deeply worried for the future of his character, LOL. Delight in that fucked up side of yourself---better on paper (well, a computer screen, anyway) than wreaking havoc in your head. ;)

*huggles you back* :)

Ahhh Koushi this was so good. I will give you better comments later. I have to pack now though. I really liked your take on all of the characters and I thought it all made sense within the universe you created and with the movie as well. This was wonderful! (I especially loved your Yusuf and Nash)

I really liked how you used Nash's dreams and that you showed Nash and Cobb's shared past as well as offered insight into Nash's character. It was a nice way to show rather than tell. I just loved how you characterized everyone and how you just embraced their flaws. I think flaws are what make characters interesting, what sets them apart and I think you did a great job with that. Cobb was so raw and I really wanted to find out would happen to him and if he would be able to pull his life together at all and also what had happened in the past. It was just a really interesting and engaging story all around.
I was super happy Arthur got his kids in the end. I liked that he just went and took what he wanted, including Dom's wife ;). I think you did a great job with Ariadne. And Eames *_____* I think you know how I feel about him.
And aww Yusuf taking a break to have some badassery in his life <3 ( ... )

Seconding the worry that there wouldn't be a happy ending, but :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD! I love your Nash SO MUCH. He's just such a little dick. *___* FAVORITE. And oh man, I love seeing someone actually tackle Cobb's point of view. And asshole Arthur is my favorite Arthur, holy shit. This was such a satisfying read!I love how believable Cobb is.

Also, YUSUF AND ARIADNE. ♥____♥

Awesome, awesome, job.
