What happens if you his 50000? Do you keep going? (that number is hard to type, let alone actually reach.)

Ha ha, this is why I don't normally *do* NaNo. Not to sound horribly conceited or anything. ^^;;;

Presumably I will keep going if/when I hit 50,000. I'm working on Phoenix Rising and it's sure to have more than another 28,000 words on it, so I'll keep plugging away at it once I've hit the magic number. I don't know if I'll keep posting word counts here. Then again, this has been a great motivation for *keeping* myself working on it instead of just watching movies all weekend, heh. So maybe I will. ^_^

YAY! I wonder if the number-bar-thingy allows you to go beyond the target? It really should have some fancy spankly flashy function like that.

I'm just catching up on everything post-exams, so will comment asap on the posted chapters - I'm so glad you chose Phoenix for NaNoWriMo!

Ha ha, the number bar is just a table I thieved from someone else, so I really doubt it has any sparkly functions. Though it totally should. XD

What happened with PR is just around the time that NaNo started, I *finally* got an idea on how to tie the plotlines together. It was totally amazing... I think I may actually mean that. So to motivate myself again, I set myself against NaNo. And it is working very well. .....though I only wrote 270 words yesterday, but that was after a long day at work, so, I forgive myself. ^_^

(Though it occurs to me to point out that I did not write 22000 words over the weekend; I was already at 7960 on Thursday. Heh. So. If that means anything. ^^)
