I would do that, except that he wasn't a customer. He was a doctor at a conference that I attended. Seeing as I'm only a lowly office manager, I couldn't even really say much to put him in his place, despite the fact that he was a) wrong 50% of the time, and b) very proud of himself for all the awe-inspiring opinions he was offering. It was insanely frustrating.
