[ Kotarou's in the park with his and Negi's two new pups in tow. He's trying to train them at the same time, thinking that Fenris (who he trained originally) would be a good role model for Dia. Unfortunately, it turns out that Dia distracts Fenris, and they just end up acting on eachother's excitement, completely ignoring Kota's orders.... Yeeaahh

[Negi's coming home from... idk, the grocery store! There's a bag in his arm, anyway. But he sees Kota from a distance, and jogs over to meet him.]

Oh, you brought them with you!

[ Looks up from watching the two of them wrestle to grin back at Negi. ]

Thought we should get some fresh air an' a li'l practice. Well, practice not so much.

[Settling that bag on the ground now, right next to a bench.]

Unless we want some progress, they gotta be trained separately. One just can't focus when the other is around.

[ But their focus on eachother can be broken by the sound of the bag crackling. Their heads go up and now they're headed your way Negi. ]

[there is a certain someone passing by, kotarou. a certain someone who just happened to have caused your boyfriend to, you know, turn into a rampaging emo dragon of sorts. as he's passing by, he does notice kotarou and he does stop, but the look he's giving him is just sort of like a... "oh. it's you."]

[ And the pups immediately go after Fate because omg someone new. Kota follows them until he sees who they're freakin' out about. His ears just fold back for now. ]

[OH GREAT. MORE DOGS. fate pays them no mind, not like hyperactive puppies will harm him.]

Indeed. I do believe the last time I saw you was when I first arrived.

[ Touch his dogs and he'll act. ]

[Ruby is staring at the two dogs. HE IS NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE. They look kiiind of like Poochyena, but only in form.]

Excuse me! Would you be so kind to tell me what those are?

... Haah? Never seen dogs before?

[ Said dogs are racing over to you now, Ruby. ]

Oh! So these are 'dogs'! They're not native to my world.

[Ruby will lean down to inspect their fur and condition.]

[ Good luck with that since they won't sit still. If by some miracle he does manage to get them to sit still long enough, he'll see that they're healthy fluffy puppies. Kota's just watching with an eyebrow raised for now. ]

[ He tries calling them back, but only Fenris glances back at him. Even then, he goes back to following Dia to see the Pichu instead. ]
