I dislike summer. The air is too heavy, and there is thin sweat on me, like skin on my skin. People are entirely too friendly because they've had too much free time. Their brains get loaded up with the kind of serotonin that makes them want to hold you ( Read more... )

The summer air does me no good either. No matter what my weight in pure physical terms, I always feel stupendously heavier in the sun. Cave-dwelling seems like a noble pastime.

I'm much more pleasant company after sunset.
