Поздравляю с 2008! TMI, but I'm tempted to weigh myself tomorrow and see how much I lost today in poop alone. I was starting to worry since my bowels had made nary a peep since Sunday, but today they reassured me - quite vehemently - that all is still working down there. Whew.
Diet's still easy and filling. Exercise is coming along slowly. I don't want to injure myself considering how horrifically out of shape I've become, so I'm taking 10-minute (roughly) walks this week and next week I'll see about cranking it up to 20 minutes. The week after that I'll probably add in some other exercises on top of the walking, specifically strength training. Love the metabolic effects of that lean muscle, baby.
