struggle trough - устойчивое выражение...ключевое слово through...

значение: to get through something in the best way possible

I didn't mean there is something wrong with it. I guess I should have added my commentary because I think the choice of words there is nice. Germany both helps to "struggle through" and "struggle" through. In other words, if they would be able to make decision once and for all to help the whole process would have been different from my point of view. how different is obviously is a whole different discussion.
