Eeeeh! I am finally catching up on holiday reading, and this is wonderful. :) You are SO GOOD at writing Morgan and Garcia banter, and I love the way Dave and Emily are with each other. The easy relationship between Dave and the PT shows how much Dave has been there for Em. And the last scene... heartbreaking and sweet.

Great first part. I like the part where Rossi is surprised by the sterile quality of her apartment and wondering if she had packed. It's good insight both into Emily and Rossi :o)
