I just got back two rolls of film--the color Brownie pictures from the beach, and my 2001 first wearing of costume pictures!  Sadly, the 2001 film had deteriorated.  Or maybe not so sadly.  I don't want that much detail.  Although, most of the roll was Koshka!  My scanner is covered with books and things, so no scanning right now, but here's a ( Read more... )

I got super excited by these and looked at my old cameras. I totally want to play old film now, too. You inspired me!

P.s. Where do you usually get your film?

I get it at a local camera store.  When they were out, I ordered it at Amazon.  When I saw I ordered the wrong film, I bought some in person at a store five minutes from the Huntington, where we wanted to take pictures.  It's easily available!

I think there's only one or two places in town that develop it.  Fortunately, only a few minutes from me!

Thank you!  It's totally selection though.  So many I look very odd.  This is typical.  This is also why I love my dSLR :)  Film cameras, especially slow ones like the Brownie, seem to do better since the derpy looks seem to be split second looks.
