I remember reading this at FF.net but I'm really glad you're posting the whole thing here! I rarely visit FF and so I only read this chapter and then forgot about going back to check for more updates. This is a great setup and I can't wait to see everyone's reactions to J/A's relationship. You've got a great handle on the characters--they don't feel OOC at all.
