Coloring Icon Tutorial
Okay this is my first tut I was bored last night and playing around with coloring.I used PSP9 but I am sure it will work in PS too.
so we are going from this

First you get your image I chose Sarah image from hires_hotties
Next you make a new layer fill with #090a3f set 100% exclusion
Now you make another layer fill with #97a21a set dodge 72% depends on how much yellow you want
and last you make a new layer fill with #a21a6a 66% Saturation and you will get this
only one more step to get the last effect I got a this texture

cdg set at lumiance play with the opacity to get the effect you want
I had it at 66% and got this
