Sometime last Christmas I received a cryptic message from Goz, something about March and Copenhagen. When I realised he was inviting me to Noma, the current winner of San Pellegrino Awards' Best Restaurant of the World, Si and I jumped at the chance and booked our flights rightaway. sounds awesome. :)

i have never seen goz look so pleased -- he gave me an hour long description about the food and his description of the first dessert was that the 'pine tree' bit looks like a pandan chiffon cake at first glance. it really does!!

I've never tried Nordic cuisine and now you're totally making me want to check it out and visit Noma! The sponge thingy is the most intriguing!
