I haven't posted a substantive entry in four months. Here goes.

Looking back on it I want to say that the move wasn't that bad, but honestly, it was hellish enough to make me swear to get movers from now on. We filled a 16-foot truck to the rafters and still had to strap a bookcase to the back of it, not to mention that the Mazda was also crammed

When I first got my job, I went to Value Village for clothes :/ I'm not super into that kind of fashion (give me ripped up jeans and a band Tshirt any day), but even I could tell that most of what they had was terrible. I ended up doing a lot of clothes cleaning for the first few months while I got up enough money for enough clothes to get through a week. It sucked. I can't imagine having to have enough suit-clothes for everyday.
